Maiysha Moin is a law student at Monash University, and a former organiser and MC for the Melbourne School Strike 4 Climate team. Her advocacy in other realms of activism including, but not limited to, women’s rights and social inequality. “This is us. Gen Z. The Zoomers. The generation who won’t be silent, or placated, but are actively solving the problems of today and tomorrow.”

Demi is our no-filter period educator, giving us and our customers honest and helpful advice on periods, mental health, puberty and everything that comes with entering teenhood! 

We’re celebrating International Day of the Girl! Back in 2012 the United Nations acknowledged and marked this day as the first International Day of the Girl - it aims to highlight and address the needs and challenges girls face, while promoting girls’ empowerment and the fulfilment of their human rights. This year theme is “my voice, our equal future”.

My name is Tiara De Silva, I'm 18 and I'm a human rights and environmental activist. Sustainability, to me means trying my best to make informed and environmentally conscious decisions. Although I am not a pro, I try my best to approach my daily life sustainably. I want to be able to help people. I want to be able to fight injustice and be a voice for the younger generation. 

My name is Billie Tristram and I’m a climate activist. I’ve always been interested and passionate about caring for our planet. I started understanding about climate change was when I was around 12. However, before then I was very enthusiastic about creating a better world for all.

Alice is a marine biologist and wildlife guide, with a passion for the natural world and the creatures who inhabit it. As a researcher but also a Divemaster & freediver, she’s a firm believer in the need to communicate the science as well as the intrinsic value of the ocean and what’s beneath the surface.
