Please note Modibodi underwear for men is not designed for heavy bladder leakage which requires 'heavy' pads, such as immediately after prostate surgery or treatment. Get the most out of your underwear
Pre-wash

Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.

 Rinse

Rinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.

 Cold wash

Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.

 Hang dry

Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat. Easy done.

Very comfortable and effective

As a first time user of Modibodi trunks I was a little skeptical of their performance but a friend of mine had given them high praise. I was not disappointed and have found them to be very comfortable to wear day and night and for my present level of leakage (relatively low) they are very effective and easy to wash. I found the size guide a little confusing as this was indicating I needed a LARGE where as I normally wear conventional medium size trunks. However, after some very friendly advice from the Modibodi team I decided to go for MEDIUM which I'm very happy with.

Just right

My Husband has Parkinson’s and early Dementia. These ‘trunks’ are comfortable and absorbent enough for small accidents. Great for winter as they are quite warm. Expensive... yes but I find 3 pairs is plenty.

At $42- a pair you expect decent gear and they are, A little tight on sizing, if in doubt go one size up.
