Do I wear these with a tampon, cup or pad?
Modibodi products are a complete replacement for other leak management products. There is no need to use anything else in conjunction with them, even on your heaviest days. With absorbency options ranging from super light through to maxi, you can feel confident every day, flow or no flow!

What size am I?
We always recommend ordering your normal underwear size.

Do I need to wash them before wear?
Yes, we recommend putting them through the wash before the first time you wear them to help to activate the technology in the gusset.

What does it feel like wearing them?
Just like regular underwear! Our tech-enabled absorbent gusset was designed to be comfy and discreet, never bulky or heavy. Just pop a pair on and go go go!

Care Guide

Step 1. Wash your Modibodi before wearing them for the first time. This will activate the technology in the gusset for maximum absorbency.

Step 2. Rinse in cold water after use <30° Do not soak, just rinse until the water runs clear!

Step 3. Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better!

Step 4. Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat! Go you eco warrior!

Step 5. Hold the fabric softener. This reduces the product’s function!

SOOO DANG SOFT!

The fabric is soo dang soft! I almsot look forward to sleeping in them.

I'm very in between sizes (44-46), and after much thought I chose the smaller size to be sure there wasn't any chance of leakage. They are so comfortable! And they stay in place very well, no need to worry about any accidents. But because I chose the smaller size the shortlegs kinda ride up, so they are a little difficult to wear underneath stuff, but I mostly sleep in these, so it's not that big of a problem. And the sizing issue is on me, not the underwear itself! Will probably size up when I buy more for use during the day.

My favorite period underwear!

Modibodi makes my absolute favorite period underwear! They are a must have, I tell everyone about them. These boyshorts are so soft and really make me feel protected. I wear them during my heavy days for most of the day, all day on my medium days, or overnight. Seriously, these are worth it and more.

Comfy

I wasn't sure about these at first. I also would hsve liked them longer on the leg, more like shorts not short-shorts.

However one thing I loved is how comfortable the fabric is on my hips, because the seams of the stitching are in a different place, so around the front of the hip bones and around the sides they are all smooth and this feet really nice compared to normal clothes.

The absorbancy is good, I'm not sure they suit night wear for back sleepers. I am not heavy so can't comment much. I think wearing them too much you might start to feel a little clammy around the back, not as breathable as I expected and slightly heavier than expected too... but not like wearing a nappy.

In the mirror from a metre or two away they just look like normal boyshorts, so in that regard they are fairly covert as being period shorts.

Overall I give 4 stars. Size wise they seem to come up as you'd expect. So order your normal size I'd say.
