30-Day Risk Free Trial – First Time Customers Only
As a first time customer, please try a Modibodi garment for 30-days risk free and if you don’t like how they function, we will happily give you your money back.
The 30-day risk free trial applies to 1 worn undergarment/item only. You will need to post back your garment at your own expense and a full refund excluding postage will be given.
No further refunds, credits or exchanges can be given on any additional worn garments or garment with tags removed. See below for Bundle Pack purchases.

Excluded from the 30-day risk free trial policy:
- Clearance items, or items indicated as imperfect
- Menstrual cups
Requests for Returns-Refunds
As per general retail store policy in Australia, we are unable to accept returns on underpants or menstrual cups due to hygienic reasons. Please review our sizing chart prior to purchase to ensure you choose the correct size.
If you wish to return other garments, requests for returns must be received via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your order being dispatched. If eligible for return, customers will need to pay for the return of the garment/s to us. We suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for the parcel if it goes missing.
Once the garments are received back at our warehouse, we will process the return and the credit note / refund owed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be paid back to the payment gateway that the customer used to purchase the order.
Customers are able to accept credit instead of a refund if they prefer.

If you wish to exchange other garments, notification must be received via email at email@example.com within 30 days of your order being dispatched. Should a garment be eligible for exchange, it must be posted back in the original packaging with all tags intact.
Postage to return the original item(s) will be at the customer’s expense, we suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for the parcel if it goes missing. Modibodi will pay to send out the exchanged item(s).
Bundle Pack Policy
As per general retail store policy in Australia, underpants and menstrual cups cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons.
If you have purchased a bundle pack you will be unable to return these items. As they are discounted items, the sale is final. These items are not eligible for exchanges and/or refunds.
We understand that sometimes you may purchase an incorrect size however, you may exchange an item from the bundle pack with a different size in the same style only. These items must be unworn and in all original packaging.
If you are a first time customer, you can return one pair of worn underwear under our 30 Day Risk Free Trial Policy.
Order cancellation requests
All of our orders are dispatched by 10am EST everyday. If your order has not been dispatched, and you are wanting to cancel your order we can do this if your order was paid by Paypal, Stripe or credit card. However, if you placed an order and paid via Afterpay we are unable to cancel your order due to the large non-refundable fees charged by Afterpay to us.
Requests to change items in order
All of our orders are dispatched by 10am EST everyday. If your order has not been dispatched, and you are wanting to swap an item, we may be able to swap or exchange your items if the item is:
- of exactly the same value
- if it is just a request for a different size or colour in same style.
Modibodi takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem.
If you have received a product that is deemed faulty we will honour replacements on faulty pairs for up to 60 days post purchase date. This excludes items on clearance or indicated as not perfect.
We ask you to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the fault and for further information on seeking a replacement item. We will require a clear photo of the item to assess the fault.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact email@example.com to notify us of the incorrect order. You have up to 30 days post purchase date to advise us that you have received an incorrect item.
