30-Day Risk-Free Trial – first-time customers only

As a first-time customer, you may try one Modibodi garment for 30-days risk-free and if you don’t like how they function, we will happily give you your money back. We’ll ask you to complete a short survey to help us understand the reason for your return, this will need to be completed prior to processing the refund. The 30-day risk-free trial applies to one worn garment only.

No further refunds, credits or exchanges can be given on any additional worn underpants and all items below are excluded from the 30-day risk free trial policy:

  •       Menstrual cups
  •       Maternity singlet

Please note, any refund requests made using Afterpay will incur a 6% fee which is the non-refundable fees charged by Afterpay to us.

Requests for returns

We are unable to accept returns on menstrual cups due to hygienic reasons. We are unable to accept returns on Clearance or Sale items as the order is final unless the item is faulty. We are unable to refund bundle packs as they are heavily discounted. Please see below for more information.
You may return all other unworn garments in original packaging, with tags and hygiene sticker intact. Please email info@modibodi.com.au for the returns form, garments must be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase or goods will be sent back to the customer.
You may request a:
  • Full refund on the unworn garments excluding shipping
  • Credit plus 10% on the items returned excluding shipping
  • Exchange on the unworn garments for the same price and style may be in different size or colour.
Please make sure that swimwear & underwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.
If eligible for return, customers will need to pay for the return of the garment/s to us. We suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for the parcel if it goes missing.
Once the garments are received back at our warehouse, we will process the refund/credit note/exchange within 7-10 business days. The refund will be paid back to the payment gateway that the customer used to purchase the order.

Faulty items

Modibodi takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem.
If you have received a product that is deemed faulty we will honour replacements on faulty pairs for up to 60 days post purchase date. This excludes items indicated as not perfect.
We ask you to contact info@modibodi.com.au to notify us of the fault and for further information on seeking a replacement item. We will require a clear photo of the item to assess the fault.

Incorrect item or order

If you receive an incorrect item or order, please contact info@modibodi.com.au to notify us of the issue. You have up to 30 days post purchase date to advise us that you have received an incorrect item or order.

Bundle pack policy

If you have purchased a bundle pack you will be unable to receive a refund for these items. As they are discounted items, the sale is final. You may exchange an item from the bundle pack within 30 days of purchase, for a different size in the same style-colour only. These items must be unworn and with protective seal and tag intact.
As a first time customer, you can return one pair of worn underpants from the Bundle Packs under our 30 Day Risk-Free Trial Policy (see above).

Sale-Clearance items

Sale-clearance items are final sales. They cannot under any circumstances be exchanged or refunded due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.
A refund or exchange is only applicable if an item is faulty.

Store Credit

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash. Store credit cannot be transferred. Any orders placed in store credit will only be refunded as store credit if necessary. Store credits are applied to the account registered with Modibodi and used to place your order.

Gift Cards

You can purchase gift cards for use on the website for yourself or others.You are responsible for the safety and use of the gift cards, we aren’t responsible for any loss or damage resulting from use without permission. Gift cards are valid for 12 months. Any balance that remains after this period of time may be wiped. If an order made using a gift card is cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the gift card will be refunded as a store credit only.

Stockist Returns or Exchanges

For products purchased via official stockists, please contact the stockist directly for their return/exchange policy regarding your purchase.

Order cancellation requests

All of our orders are dispatched by 10 am EST every day. If your order has not been dispatched, and you are wanting to cancel your order we can do this if your order was paid by Paypal or credit card. However, if you placed an order and paid via Afterpay we are unable to cancel your order due to the large non-refundable fees charged by Afterpay to us.

Changes to order requests

All of our orders are dispatched by 10 am EST every day. If your order has not been dispatched, and you are wanting to change items in your order, we will only be able to cancel your order so you can reorder your desired garments. However, we cannot guarantee items will be in stock.
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order eg. wrong address, please contact Customer service immediately at info@modibodi.com.au. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.

Customs charges and duties

As we are an Australian business, duties and charges made by your country’s Customs Service once it has reached its destination must be paid by the recipient and not by Modibodi. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any charges or duties.
