Sizing for our Modibodi Teen range is based on youth sizes, which correspond to these adult sizes: 
Youth 8-10 = 4 / 3XS 
Youth 10-12 = 6 / 2XS 
Youth 12-14 = 8 / XS
Youth 14-16 = 10 / S

Caring for your Modibodi period underwear is easy and ensures they last longer. Follow these simple steps:

Rise: After use, rinse your Modibodi underwear in cold water until the water runs clear. 

Wash: Machine wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C/86°F. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners or stain removers, as these can affect the absorbency of your underwear.

Dry: Air dry your underwear. Avoid using a tumble dryer, as high heat can damage the fabric and elastic.
