It’s easy to wash your period undies. Just take them off at home and rinse them under cold water until the water runs clear. We recommend doing this when you jump into the shower. Then wash them on a cold gentle cycle in the washing machine and hang to dry.

Modibodi underwear can be a total replacement for disposable period products such as pads and tampons. This will depend on the heaviness of your period.
