Do I wear these with a tampon, cup or pad?
Modibodi products are a complete replacement for other leak management products. There is no need to use anything else in conjunction with them, even on your heaviest days. With absorbency options ranging from super light through to maxi, you can feel confident every day, flow or no flow!

What size am I?
We always recommend ordering your normal underwear size.

Do I need to wash them before wear?
Yes, we recommend putting them through the wash before the first time you wear them to help to activate the technology in the gusset.

What does it feel like wearing them?
Just like regular underwear! Our tech-enabled absorbent gusset was designed to be comfy and discreet, never bulky or heavy. Just pop a pair on and go go go!

Care Guide

Step 1. Wash your Modibodi before wearing them for the first time. This will activate the technology in the gusset for maximum absorbency.

Step 2. Rinse in cold water after use <30° Do not soak, just rinse until the water runs clear!

Step 3. Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better!

Step 4. Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat! Go you eco warrior!

Step 5. Hold the fabric softener. This reduces the product’s function!

Great compression

These were wonderful to use when I was moving around. The compression is a little much if you're just doing things around the house, but when I knew I'd be moving more, this style was perfect to help me feel secure and stable.

Great bra - need a large range of size options

I ordered this in black and beige and it's great quality. My only issue is that I wish there was a larger selection of sizes. My pre pregnancy size is a 16D, I needed to get size 16 band but would've preferred the C-DD cup as I only JUST fit into the 16 E-G size - there is a little bit of gaping but with the straps up super tight I can make it work. I haven't started breastfeeding yet so unsure if I will get much bigger once I do. Overall, it's a great bra, great quality and comfy and think it will be super useful once I start breastfeeding.

Good tummy control, would prefer tight banding all the way to the top

I read the reviews before purchasing these and was a little apprehensive, but I really wanted a pair of undies with tummy control and I only wear Modibodi undies (to protect from leaks etc) so I decided to give them a try. I sized up, as was suggested in the reviews, and although I did need to give the undies a bit of a stretch manually before I could get them on, they were a good fit for me. The coverage is good and I feel supported, but I wish the tight banding ran all the way to the top of the underwear, as I usually have to fiddle with the positioning of the tight banding. If Modibodi could make another pair of these with the tight banding all the way to the top, I think they would be perfect.

Postpartum must have

Absolutely love my control briefs. I decided to get my standard size 10/S even though I gained quite a bit of weight during pregnancy particularly in the hips and the guide recommends the 12/M. They were quite tight at first however now 4 weeks postpartum and they fit fine, not even tight just fit comfortably even though my waist and hips are both 3cm larger than the size guide, they don't dig in. Recommend sizing down as I don't think they'd provide much control once I do reach the size 10/S measurements.

Runs small

I bought some ahead of my due date but unfortunately my usual size 12 which I am with other modibodi underwear was too small. I would recommend going a size or two up as they are quite rigid material (to offer proper support I guess) and run small.

Otherwise they look great and feel like would very supportive
