2-pack comes in two core dance colours, each with a convertible foot design for footless wear.
Tights are hole-proof and feel soft and buttery to the touch.

Care Guide

BEFORE YOUR WEAR

Wash your Modibodi before wearing them for the first time! This will prime the fabric’s Modifier Technology™ in the gusset. This initial wash ensures that the fabric’s pores are open and ready to absorb moisture effectively.

GETTING RINSING

Rinse in cold water after use <30°. Do not soak, just rinse until the water runs clear. You can do this in the shower – we love this as it saves water and is super convenient.

COLD WASH ONLY

Cold wash (now or later – though it’s best not to leave your Modibodi’s wet for too long). Washing them in a delicates bag is even better.

HANG IT DRY

Ensure the product is entirely dry before wearing – this will ensure your underwear are fresh and ready to go. Hot Tip: Hold the fabric softener and avoid the dryer - this reduces the product’s function and can cause damage to the inner fabrics.

What size Modibodi Teen should I buy?

Modibodi Teen uses youth sizing that matches standard adult sizes. For example, Youth 10–12 = AU 6 / 2XS. You can check our full size guide to find the best fit.

How do I know what absorbency level is right for me?

Everyone’s period is different, especially early on. Check out our absorbency guide for more information on flow or try our First Period Kits with moderate absorbency if you're unsure where to start.

How often should I change my Modibodi Teen underwear?

You can wear Modibodi for up to 24 hours, depending on your flow. A good rule of thumb: if the gusset feels damp, it’s time to switch to a fresh pair. Use our absorbency guide to understand how much each pair can hold.

Can I wear Modibodi Teen to school or overnight?

Absolutely. Modibodi Teen underwear is designed to be comfy and leak-proof for school days, sleepovers, and overnight wear.

Will Modibodi Teen underwear smell or feel wet?
